i'm not telling...
So yeah, i'm supposed to vote tomorrow. It's a landmark election - we will either have the first black president or the first female vice president. Either way it's history in the making. Then why do I not feel excited to vote? Why? Because unlike 99% of America I am an undecided voter. Even as I write I do not know who to vote for. I look at the issues and I am about 65/35 democratic. One would think that "baracking" the vote would be a no brainer. However, I'm pretty sure that most of my family and friends up where I live are voting McCain. Voting like your family to some may not be a big deal, but it is to me. So... I have decided that I am not telling ANYONE who I voted for, not family or friends or co-workers. This way I won't "let down" people at work or at home cuz each one can think that I voted for whoever they wanted.
So don't ask me who I voted for. Just think I voted for whoever you did and love me anyway.
Now back to trying to make up my mind while suffering from an allergy attack...Barack or McCain?

that's fine. i agree with your privacy decision. i agree that it is a private issue. it's not anyone's business to go around asking others who they voted for. i know i did with dad just to tease him, but i understand and respect the privacy of it. as long as you are fully convinced and your conscience is free of who you voted for then that's what matters. vote for yourself, not anyone else.
i think voting and participating in the process is what matters most - regardless of who you vote for. you could always let jonah decide:)
I am so bummed - I didnt get to vote. The only time I could have done it would be around 5:30pm after work - with Brooklyn. I didnt want to make my girl stand in line with me for 3 hours. BUT, maybe me not voting was a good thing because just like you - I wasnt really sure. I had stronger opinions on the proposals.
you voted for obama.
I know it.
if not,
we cannot be friends.
just kidding.
I love you no matter what.
